I'm not getting my email
If you're using an IMAP-enabled Workspace email account, sometimes your account stops receiving email messages. This can happen when you have more than 25,000 emails in a webmail folder.
To fix this issue, you can delete email messages from the full folder. Alternatively, you can move email messages to another folder.
- To move email messages, sort your email by date received.
- Move email messages to another folder.
